Here’s the rub: We aren’t a retail bakery selling directly to customers. We distribute our delights to regional grocery stores, hotels, and restaurants that then share them with you.  

So, maybe you’re asking, “What can you do for me?” The answer: pallets. If you’re a business looking to level up your dessert game, we want to be the player making your pallet of something delicious. We’re especially good with unbaked frozen delights that our customers bake into a new wonderful creation.  Typically, clients trust our recipes, but sometimes we’re asked to whip up something unique.  Either request works for us - we just like making pallets of tasty goodness!

Sometimes, though, there’s just too much of a good thing.  If you need truckloads of daily product; we, the self-proclaimed quaintest manufacturing bakery in the Southeast, probably aren’t going to be your go to.  But if you want that feature item that needs a regular but smaller production run of a couple pallets; then we’re your sweet spot - pun intended!
